What are my shipping options?

VIP Wheatgrass Company ships all packages Priority Mail through United States Postal Service. Delivery times for Priority Mail is 2-3 business days from the day of shipment (In USA). 
 
If you are interested in Express Shipping (1 Day), please give us a call to place your order. There will be a custom shipping cost for all Express Shipments. Express Shipment orders must be placed by 11:00am PST to be delivered next day by 12:00pm. 
 
All international orders (including Canada) are shipped with USPS International Priority Shipping. Delivery times for International Priority Mail is 7-10 business days from the day of shipment. This excludes Custom wait times.

How do I track my order?

You will be emailed your tracking information once your order is ready. Our tracking system Pitney Bowes will email you the tracking information. If you do not receive your tracking information from us, please visit our Contact Us page.

Can I place my order over the phone?

Absolutely! Please call (626) 336-5100 to place your order. We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00am-4:30pm Pacific Standard Time.

When can I expect my order?

We typically process all orders the same day of receiving your order. If you place your order after 4:00pm PT between Monday-Thursday, your order should be ready to ship the next day. Orders placed after 4:00pm Friday will be processed Monday, if not Tuesday if there is a federal holiday. This applies to Interntional orders as well.
 
Orders within the USA will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail that typically takes 2-3 business days to deliver. Please view our Shipping Options in the FAQ section for more information.
 
International orders will be shipped with USPS International Priority Shipping that typically takes 7-10 business days to deliver. This also depends on Custom times. Please view our Shipping Options in the FAQ section for more information.
